It is used. Seems to works. Power cord works and charging base. Has several sizing heads, not sure what they are actually called. It should be cleaned before using. I have not sanitized it besides dusting it off. No guarantees on the life span of the battery or how long the battery will last during use, because of that it is marked for parts broken.
